UEFA Club competitions 2024 format

When starting a new career, the "European Competition in 1st Season?" option must be left unselected. In the first season, and all subsequent seasons UEFA club competitions will start from the earlier qualifying rounds. This means that the groups are very unlikely to have exactly the same teams at the group stage as in real life. This change was necessary to allow the UEFA Europa League restructure and to allow the UEFA Conference League to be added.
