In Human Design, Strategy and Authority are the two most important concepts to understand if you want to experience fulfillment in your relationships — whether romantic, familial, or professional. Without Strategy, a person is simply acting out of conditioning. Without Authority, they are making decisions that are based on the mind or external pressures, rather than their own internal truth. In relationships, this leads to conflict, frustration, and confusion.
